How to Apply to St. Mary Catholic School in Walnut Creek, Ca

St. Mary School is NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for the 2018-2019
school year in grades Pre-K though 8

St. Mary School is also accepting applications for immediate
enrollment in select grade level openings for the current 2017-18 school year.

 

 

Steps to Complete the Admissions Process

  1. Download the Admission Process document.
  2. Submit an application online AND supporting documents
  3. Submit required documents and once all of the required documents have been received, our office manager will contact you with instructions regarding a date for testing and an interview as well as answer any other questions you may have.

Campus Tour

Parents are encouraged to contact the School Office to arrange a campus tour. These tours can be scheduled daily. Parents are invited to join us for community events throughout the year, as well as Mass on the first Friday of each month at 8:15 a.m. Please contact the school office to find out about upcoming community events.

 
 
 

tuition and financial aid 2018-19

REGISTRATION FEES
• Application fee: $50/per child for 2018-19 school year
• Foundation Fee: $400/family, one-time fee paid upon admission or in two installments
• Registration Fee: $540/child per year


OTHER FEES– to be assessed during the school year
• Late Tuition Fee: $20/each late payment and $20/each reprocessing fee
• Assessment Fee: $300 if minimum SCRIP purchase of $4,000 if not met
• Volunteer Fee: $20/hr per volunteer hour if not completed

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

St. Mary School is committed to making Catholic education affordable to all academically qualified students regardless of financial circumstances. To the extent that our funds permit, financial assistance is available to admitted students whose parents are able to demonstrate financial need, which is determined by a thorough evaluative process beginning with an application through FACTS .   Applications for 2018-19 are due no later than March 16, 2018.

In addition, all students entering private school for the first time may apply for the BASIC Fund. 

Furthermore, families can apply to Family Aid - Catholic Education for the Diocese of Oakland (FACE)
